Jyhad (03/12/03 20:07:10 ET) : Who is the most stunning female actor, and in what role? ie: michelle pfiefer as catwoman. (actually I hate her...but just to give format).
rois (03/11/03 09:43:30 ET) : Boom Tschak
Jyhad (02/25/03 18:33:56 ET) : Boing.
Jyhad (02/06/03 20:28:02 ET) : Hmph.
rois (01/28/03 10:36:29 ET) : well, I don't. :P
Jyhad (01/27/03 21:15:39 ET) : I hate live journal.
rois (01/27/03 11:33:46 ET) : nah... just mostly dead. Or on LJ.
jyhad (01/26/03 02:52:06 ET) : is everyone dead?
Jyhad (01/13/03 22:36:23 ET) : http://www.happytreefriends.com/watch_episodes/index.html#
Jyhad (01/07/03 01:46:26 ET) : I was looking for an email of a girl I know. She was at CJ's new years party (happy 2003 btw. Did you know I thought last year was 03? And my checks still cleared! lol)...and well...we were a little flirty. We always are her and I. It'd be great if 1. I were availible and 2. she wasn't cj's cousin. But, as far as people go...shes top of the line. If I were looking, I'd ask her out. As it is...I think I'm going to offer my apartment as a place she can stay during break rent-free if she'd like. I don't have any alterior motives...just, wouldn't mind some female company from time to time. Most of my female friends I've got involved with and now dont speak to them. Or didn't get involved with and dont speak to them. Kind of a lose-lose situation. But she's different. The two women I'm most attractted to share similar DNA. lol, coincidence?
Aahz (01/06/03 10:21:42 ET) : Isn't Grove City College the local university of "Little House on The Prairie"?
:) You want Laura Ingalls Wilder to tutor you after hours... yeah, that's it..
You pervert.
rois (01/02/03 16:21:10 ET) : Yeek! What would you want with a place like that?!?
Jyhad (01/01/03 17:28:36 ET) : I'm etc.-ed out for awhile. I do have a request of anyone who can find it: the phone or email directory for Grove City College (www.gcc.edu).
Aahz (12/24/02 19:47:10 ET) : Merry Christmas, Happy Yule and best wishes for the new year! Eat, Drink, merry, etc.
Aahz (12/19/02 06:10:07 ET) : Jyhad- Go to www.BlackSunrise.com for a good local Gothic Jewelry supplier. Talk to Indra Geerts and see what he has available... last I saw he had some fetish rings.
rois (12/06/02 16:11:25 ET) : Go check your email, Silly. And when I say "email me to remind me," I actually mean it. I forget everythign these days.
Jyhad (12/06/02 01:10:28 ET) : Still waiting. lol
rois (12/03/02 12:08:21 ET) : I'll have to dig though my bookmarks when I get home - there are some sites that had me drooling. Email me to remind me.
Jyhad (12/02/02 22:55:08 ET) : I'm kinda looking for neat looking rings, preferably inet sites...did the google search...but maybe you guys know of one or two?
rois (11/30/02 21:35:01 ET) : aww.. go shake your bonbon and get over it. *grin*
holly valance (11/30/02 20:22:55 ET) : i love ricky martin please dont let anyone know
love holly valance
rois (11/30/02 18:01:49 ET) : Actually, I shouldn't say that *I* broke the rings.. I had help from a beeeeeeeeg bird (Griffon wanted to eat it off of my finger), and the garnet got caught on the ferret's cage.
rois (11/30/02 16:51:58 ET) : Heh.. I'm SO not the person to give advice about rings (I've broken the last two Mike gave me - the garnet is in my zen garden, and the amber is on the shelf, mocking me - but whatever you get her, make sure it a) fits her properly (too small HURTS, and too big -will- fall off and get lost) and b) is durable. If she's the type to never take it off, it'll be subject to a LOT of stress.
Jyhad (11/29/02 08:38:39 ET) : We're plain ring people, as far as wedding bands go. The engagement ring should be flashy...the wedding band simple. At least thats what we've been telling each other. In any event, we'll shop for wedding rings together ;)
Aahz (11/28/02 03:42:04 ET) : Far be it for me to offer anyone unsolicited advice, but if you want to get a nice engagement ring without spending your children's inheritance, I would recommend going to Kmart and a real jeweler and make a comparison before purchasing the ring. Most jewelers understand that people generally spend around $2000 for wedding jewelry and while a $250 engagement ring may not seem like a large investment, it is generally viewed as a "token first step" towards the larger purchase. A jeweler also has a better selection of style that may match whatever rings the reciever currently owns, if you want to find something that fits the style of the wearer. Having a $250 1/4 carat ring shines pretty for the 6 months to a year that it takes you to pay off the $1500 one that you really want to floor her with. If the $250 ring gets lost on the way to the altar, it's an easier pill to swallow (good assurance to have in mind before you lay your intentions on the line and "pop the question") Hope that helps you out some.
Jyhad (11/26/02 17:16:40 ET) : Rois, did you die or something? You havent responded to any of my emails...sigh.
Anyways...for everybody...I'm looking for a decent place to buy engagement rings. I'm looking to spend up to 500 bucks for a small, easily lost peice of metal and stone. Most stuff looks like: a) crap b)my grandmother would wear it c) both a and b. Any thoughts, suggestions, whatever, appreciated.
Jyhad (11/26/02 16:46:42 ET) : la la
rois (11/20/02 19:09:15 ET) : Jy - I'll email.
rois (11/20/02 19:08:50 ET) : I went to a party, drank too much and danced too much... pics are at rois.org/rust2002
The Badger (11/19/02 14:54:50 ET) : Hmm... catchy tombstone mottos? Did anyone else have any fun on Halloween?
Jyhad (11/18/02 22:50:31 ET) : Jeni, I know whats up. email me, or call after 11pm EST.
Jyhad (11/18/02 22:49:24 ET) : Acceptance
I'm glad to see that this is the final stage. It would be a bummer if "Acceptance" was followed by "Regret" or "Karaoke." As it is, though, your archetypical bucket-kicker gets to spend his or her last few days or hours or picoseconds appreciating birdsong and working on a catchy tombstone motto. They still end up equally dead, though.
Jyhad (11/14/02 18:10:24 ET) : lala
Jyhad (11/07/02 07:22:01 ET) : Thanks for the chat Rois. I'll let you know how things are going once I know.
Jyhad (10/30/02 18:11:54 ET) : "Its raining phlegm...hoch-a-loogie..."
Jyhad (10/29/02 12:25:55 ET) : And on the fourth day, I rejoiced.
The Badger (10/28/02 19:36:54 ET) : And the angel of the lord came unto me, snatching me up from my place of slumber. And took me on high, and higher still until we moved to the spaces betwixt the air itself. And he brought me into a vast farmlands of our own midwest. And as we descended, cries of impending doom rose from the soil. One thousand, nay a million voices full of fear. And terror possesed me then. And I begged, "Angel of the Lord, what are these tortured screams?" And the angel said unto me, "These are the cries of the carrots, the cries of the carrots! You see, Reverend Maynard, tomorrow is harvest day and to them it is the holocaust." And I sprang from my slumber drenched in sweat like the tears of one million terrified brothers and roared, "Hear me now, I have seen the light! They have a consciousness, they have a life, they have a soul! Damn you! Let the rabbits wear glasses! Save our brothers!" Can I get an amen? Can I get a hallelujah? Thank you Jesus. :)
Jyhad (10/24/02 09:16:35 ET) : It was daylight when you woke up in your ditch. You looked up at your sky then. That made blue be your color. You had your knife there with you too. When you stood up there was goo all over your clothes. Your hands were sticky. You wiped them on your grass, so now your color was green. Oh Lord, why did everything always have to keep changing like this. You were already getting nervous again. Your head hurt and it rang when you stood up. Your head was almost empty. It always hurt you when you woke up like this. You crawled up out of your ditch onto your gravel road and began to walk, waiting for the rest of your mind to come back to you. You can see the car parked far down the road and you walked toward it. "If God is our Father," you thought, "then Satan must be our cousin." Why didn't anyone else understand these important things? You got to your car and tried all the doors. They were locked. It was a red car and it was new. There was an expensive leather camera case laying on the seat. Out across your field, you could see two tiny people walking by your woods. You began to walk towards them. Now red was your color and, of course, those little people out there were yours too.
Jyhad (10/18/02 12:34:15 ET) : stretch
The Badger (whoop-whoop, hey nonny) (10/16/02 16:34:23 ET) : Funny, how I remember purchasing a new 1200 Baud modem for $49 in Kenmore and being state of the art...My the times they are a-changing. Jyhad, have you ever danced with a lightbulb by the pale moonlight, and was it a blacklight? I once heard that lightbulbs were made with horsehair fillymeants. ZOW!
Jyhad (10/15/02 13:26:41 ET) : Oh yeah, I go by Dances_with_Lightbulbs there. ;)
Jyhad (10/15/02 13:25:58 ET) : I'd like to mention a forum here in buffalo that I post to quite a bit. Some of you might find it entertaining...but I'm not making any promises. Heres the url: http://www.dopeshiznit.net/ub-network/index.php3 and heres a decent page that I think everyone will enjoy (mostly because its my doing): http://www.dopeshiznit.net/ub-network/viewthread.php3?FID=4&TID=20830
Jyhad (10/15/02 13:23:44 ET) : only a holding cell for five minutes. So when you coming back to buffalo?
Mystique_Angel (10/14/02 23:40:43 ET) : hi all i'm new ok bye
rois (10/14/02 10:35:25 ET) : jy - I'm glad that you weren't locked up or anything. *hugs*
rois (10/14/02 10:34:40 ET) : pickles - it's a message board. *grin*
pickles (10/12/02 11:08:25 ET) : what is this
Jyhad (10/11/02 11:40:55 ET) : "since I didn't live on that stretch of parking lot, but the one behind it. " Actually, I meant I lived in the building behind it...not in a parking space, although that would be a riot ;)
Jyhad (10/11/02 11:37:39 ET) : Sorry about the absence, wasn't taken by the feds or anything. Moved out of my old apartment with my dickhead roomie into a brand new one with no roomie. All utils included in rent, woo! And it is buffalo and it will soon be winter, so we all know how much $$$ that saves right there. Well, me and Jeni do. So, its just a violation. I'm not losing any sleep. I have to appear in court on halloween morning. The original date was for yesterday, but silly government forgot they didn't have a court session yesterday, so they moved it back. But anyways, the apartment is really nice. I'll give out the number and addy to those who should have it, as soon as I get my cable modem going (installed tomorrow at 10am EST). Its scary how fast it is...I used to be massively contented with 2400 baud, until jeni gave me the 19.2k modem with the tape and all :)
Well. that's it. Tune in tomorrow; Same mike time, same mike channel.
Aahz (09/21/02 03:22:25 ET) : It could have been worse... the kids could have been violent, and you could have gotten caught up in something a little more serious than just "Disturbing the peace" or "tresspassing". I think it's BS that they would press a case for tresspassing for someone just cutting through a parking lot though. And it's not as serious as a moving violation that stays on your record for 3 years. I wouldn't worry too much about it, however, I would call John Liberti or the public defender's office to have someone represent you in court, just in case. Check and see how serious of a charge it is... if it's only a misdemeanor, it's probably nothing to lose any sleep over.
