The dress in the picture was one of my
first attempts at garb; it had been a satin sheet
in a previous life. I'd seen pictures of lovely
kirtles and cothardies, and this was my
attempt at creating one.

Alas, no full-length photos exist of it,
and it has long since been hacked up
for scraps by someone other than me.
